Sean Taylor
CP

Sean Taylor, a native of and current resident of Omaha, is an ABC Certified Prosthetist with Innovative P&O, having joined the company in February 2024. With a Prosthetic Practitioner degree from Century College in White Bear Lake, MN, Sean has over 20 years of experience fitting prosthetic limbs, specializing in above-knee prostheses.

Sean enjoys golfing with his wife Mo, and stepson Vince. He loves the movie The Big Lebowski, while the Detroit Tigers are his favorite sports team and Crème Brulee is his favored dessert. He was able to visit Lviv, Ukraine shortly before joining Innovative P&O, and he had the pleasure of meeting Marlin Briscoe, a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Miami Dolphins. He appreciates Rakesh for providing the freedom to give the best care to the company’s patients.

Fred Calabro
Lead Lab Technician

Fred serves as Innovative P&O’s lead lab technician for all three offices. Having joined the company in January of 2022, he makes and modifies prostheses, mainly for above- and below-knee amputees and those born with limb loss. Fred enjoys making custom laminations for sockets as it employs lots of creativity. He also 3D prints test sockets for prostheses!

Fred has been married to his wife Lisa since 1996. They have three daughters, a stepson, and five grandchildren. He enjoys camping and working on home projects to relax. GO BIG RED!

Mandi Sedlak, CFm
Board Certified Mastectomy Fitter

With over 20 years of experience in the orthotics and prosthetics field, Mandi Sedlak specializes in post-operative mastectomy fittings and custom compression garments. She’s also trained in 3D digital scanning for custom breast prostheses through Radiant Impressions. Known for her compassionate, personal approach, Mandi takes pride in helping each woman feel comfortable, supported, and confident.

Anchala Prasad, CFm, OTR/L
Board Certified Mastectomy Fitter

Anchala Prasad is certified in cancer rehabilitation and is also an Occupational Therapist. A caregiver for 20 plus years, she has a special focus on women following a mastectomy. As a breast cancer survivor herself, Anchala understands the emotional and physical challenges her patients face and finds deep satisfaction in helping them regain comfort, confidence, and self-esteem.

Kaylyn Rose
Office Administrator

Kaylyn, Office Coordinator in our Hastings location, has been with Innovative Prosthetics & Orthotics since 2021. She takes on many different tasks and enjoys them all. Kaylyn loves animals, baking, and spending time with her family.

Lori Bernt
Authorization Specialist
& Office Assistant

An office administrative professional with over 30 years of medical experience, Lori joined Innovative Prosthetics & Orthotics in 2019. Working as the Grand Island Branch Office Manager, she also is an Insurance Specialist managing insurance verifications and prior authorizations for our Hastings, Grand Island, and Omaha offices.

In her free time, Lori enjoys experiencing the outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Laura Leyva
Office & Medical Assistant
Hastings

Laura, a clinical assistant and interpreter with over six years of experience, started with Innovative in late 2022. She is a 2015 graduate of the Central Community College nursing assistant program and is currently taking classes to further her education. Laura enjoys spending time with her son and family and also loves to travel.

Elizabeth Ocampo
Office Assistant – Omaha

Elizabeth Ocampo started as an Office Assistant with Innovative P&O in February 2024. The Omaha native earned an associate’s degree in criminal justice. At Innovative P&O, Elizabeth obtains the necessary paperwork for a smooth delivery of products and billing. She said the best part of her work is seeing the smiles on patients when they walk out with their prostheses or orthoses.

The Papillion resident enjoys spending time with family, volunteering at church, and traveling. The best places she’s visited are the beaches in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and the dunes in Colorado at night. Her favorite movie is Fireproof, while chocoflan and cheesecake are her favorite desserts. Elizabeth has also met members of Aventura, an American bachata group.
